Payroll Processing Charges

We quote for all payroll processing individually to reflect your particular circumstances and the tailoring of the payroll service to your needs (see the Quotation Request).

Cost factors include: Number of employees; How often paid; Whether pay is fixed or fluctuating.

However, we are able to provide typical payroll processing fees for a range of payrolls:

  • 1 Employee
    - the minimum charge for a single employee is £16.00 per month (£192.00 per annum).
  • 2 Employees
    - £17.00 per month ( £204.00 per annum)
  • 4 Employees
    - £19.00 per month (£228.00 per annum)
  • 8 Employees
    - £21.00 per month (£252.00 per annum)

PAyroll Processing - Initial set-up fees

  • The fee will depend upon the size of the payroll and whether the engagement is from the beginning of a tax year (6th April) or from mid-year.
