Payroll Processing Charges

We quote for all payroll processing individually to reflect your particular circumstances and the tailoring of the payroll service to your needs (see the Quotation Request).

Cost factors include:

  • Number of employees;
  • How often paid;
  • Whether pay is fixed or fluctuating.

Our charges are inclusive of:

  • payslips;
  • monthly / weekly reports;
  • year end summaries (P35s and P60s);
  • all in-year forms and filing including P45s to employees leaving;
  • calculating statutory sick, maternity and paternity pay;
  • implementing PAYE tax code changes and on-line filing.

We are able to provide typical payroll processing fees for a range of payrolls:

  • 1 Employee
    - the minimum charge for a single employee is £16.33 per month (£49 per quarter).
  • 2 Employees
    - £17.33 per month (£52 per quarter).
  • 4 Employees
    - £19.66 per month (£59 per quarter).
  • 8 Employees
    - £21.66 per month (£65 per quarter).

PAyroll Processing - Initial set-up fees

  • The fee will depend upon the size of the payroll and whether the engagement is from the beginning of a tax year (6th April) or from mid-year.
