UK Payroll Services & Solutions

Our Payroll Service (from £19.00 per month)

We offer a flexible and efficient payroll service with employment taxes and HR support to smaller and medium sized employers who find it more convenient and cost-effective to outsource their payroll (see our Payroll Charges).

• You will be given your own nominated payroll contact individual from amongst our staff. He or she will become familiar with your individual circumstances and requirements and organise your payroll routines to suit your preferences.
• Should you wish we can arrange for your employees to be paid by BACS.
• Employment taxes support is available to advise you upon the tax implications of payroll related issues including the completion of annual benefits-in-kind returns, associated claims for tax relief and applications for dispensations (from the need to return certain items)
• HR support is available to assist you with such matters as contracts of employment, disciplinary and redundancy issues etc.
• You can be assured of prompt attention to your enquiries and requests. Ours is a one-to-one service that begins with a submission by you by e-mail, fax or telephone of basic payroll information such as hours worked or variable pay, net or gross. We then run your payroll, forward it to you for approval together with any payroll reports that you require and email or post the payslips out to you.
• As a HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) recognised payroll agent utilising accredited payroll software, we are authorised to act as your agent with HMRC, completing and filing your in-year and annual returns and advising you periodically of the PAYE sums to pay over.
• If you are becoming an employer for the first time we will register you with HMRC.
